Good Habits for Skin Care

Every woman wants the beauty and healthy skin. Unfortunately, not all persons were born with beauty skin. The good news is, there is a hope for they who don’t have genetic factor with good habits and the correct medicine you can get the beauty skin.

  • Stop the bad habits, start the good habits
    Don’t let anything dirt or oily touch your face include your hand. Although you have washed your hand, possibility it still has natural oil. Touching face is one of different to remove habits. But you will felt the benefit if you try.
    Your hand isn’t the only one contamination source that threatened your skin. Your pillowcase also covered by the dust and oil. Wash your pillowcase 1-3 times a week. Before the washing time arrives, change your pillowcase, so the inner side of it in the outside, so you will not sleep at the parts that have been covered by oil from your face and the dust from your room.
    If you are susceptible toward pressing the acne, stop it. When you press the dirt out from your face, you also push it more deep into your face. This cause your acne become red and takes more long time to cure and possibility leave the trace (scar). To overcome the acne, better if smeared a little of special medicine for acne.
  • Keep the health
    The bad skin sometimes because of the bad health especially dehydration and deficit of certain vitamins can cause acne. Make sure to drink many water (8 glass per day) and multivitamin. Oily foods have no real relation with acne. But some peoples have bad reaction with certain foods. If you think that you are susceptible toward some foods, stop to eat it. If your acne has cure, eat that food again. If your acne evokes again, this can make you sure that some foods are the cause.
  • Moisturizing
    Although your skin is oily, you will felt the moisturizer benefit for your skin care. Your skin can compensate the lack of moist with produce more oil, so can cause more acnes.
    Smear your moisturizer 1-2 times a day. Make sure use free oil lotion. Better if you choose the moisturizer for problem skin. Some lotions contain acne eradicator medicine like salicylic acid.
  • Washing face
    Don’t wash your face more than 2 times a day. The copious washing can dry up your skin.
    Some cleansers for pimply skin contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. If the acne is severe, possibility have to use both. If you only sometime get acne, salicylic acid can help. Don’t choose salicylic acid in most of your skin care products, because can cause your skin dry. If your lotion contains medicine, use the more smooth and oil free cleanser.
