Good list
Compose item according to their priority.There is time for your self and time to sport in it.Flexible. Can be added or reduced depend on your situation on that day.There is a present in it. Example ‘dinner’ or ‘chocolate’ in the end day after you check your list.

Bad list
Need time 15 minutes to compose it.There are things that you know you can’t finish in that day.Almost can’t be read, because you write it in a bad/rumple paper or in a napkin paper or there is coffee stain in it.Not composed based on priority.
